Swimart appointed Resurg to develop and manage a data platform where its franchisees can regularly review their key business drivers and compare their performances with others in the network.

 

The Solution

To better understand its needs, Resurg facilitated a workshop that comprised chosen franchisees and members of the franchise support team. Together, they established the insights that Swimart franchisees needed to best drive their performance. These included:
