Resurg Group offers several one-day workshops that improve the knowledge of business operators in the key areas that affect performance. Most or all of our workshops can be used:
- In conjunction with our benchmarking program, to help group members understand how to use their benchmarking report or to address a common weakness e.g. poor stock management skills.
- By groups that do not benchmark with us but who want to provide an opportunity for group members to improve their skills in a widely applicable area such as financial management, stock management, implementing service fees, or setting a profitable pricing structure.
All Resurg workshops are conducted with in-house groups. No public workshops are offered.
