Performance Groups
Review. Learn. Improve.
Performance groups are a powerful part of our profit improvement methodology. We put together 10 non-competing business owners from the same industry or member group plus an experienced facilitator. (The business owners must all be in our benchmarking program.)
The group members then meet three times a year to share ideas, set goals, and review each other’s performance in implementing change.
Performance groups work because:
- The facilitator runs a structured agenda to shape productive discussion.
- Regular benchmarking monitors changes in business performance.
