Business Review Program - The business review is designed for owners/managers who want to gain more control of their business and who want to understand how they are performing relative to the market. The business review program combines data from 2 key areas of business performance, benchmarked business review data and an operational efficiency checklist. All aspects of the data are combined in a report and debriefed with the owner or manager setting measurable strategies and goals to improve the profitability of the business.

1 - 2 - 1 Program - The 1 - 2 - 1 program is designed for the more advanced manager that already has an understanding of their financial data and performance measures however needs support in implementing action plans in alignment with an agreed business plan and strategy. The program is one whereby the owner/manager has a dedicated resource to consult with over a 12 month period.

Team Engagement Program - The team engagement program is effectively designed for those owner/managers who are comfortable with their own ability to review the financial data, measure performance and develop a business plan however require support to drive the strategy internally within their team. This is an annual program delivered quarterly and focuses on employee engagement and improving staff performance.
